There are two ways you can tell us about your experience with us – through our formal feedback process, or via our Consumer Experience survey.
The most effective way you can help us to improve our services is to provide us with a formal complaint, compliment, or suggestion by completing our Consumer Feedback form and returning it to Health.SAPathConsumerfeedback@sa.gov.au. You may also provide us with feedback by contacting our Call Centre on 8222 3000.
Your feedback will be reviewed and entered into our Safety Learning System. In line with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, we investigate all feedback and aim to respond within 35 business days.
