A/Prof Tom Dodd is a graduate of the University of Adelaide Medical School and trained in Anatomical Pathology at both the Institute of Medical and Veterinary Science Adelaide and the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
He is a surgical and cytopathologist with particular interest in gynaecological and ophthalmic pathology. A/Prof Dodd was appointed as a staff specialist at the IMVS in 1994. Prior to his appointment as the Clinical Service Director SA Pathology he was the Site Clinical Director at the Lyell McEwin Hospital laboratory
A/Prof Dodd has published in the areas of gynaecological and ophthalmic pathology and is currently an examiner for The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists.
