Dr Alexandra Jolley completed a Biomedical Science Degree with First Class Honours in Genetics at the University of Adelaide prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Flinders University.
She did her junior doctor years at Prince of Wales Hospital, New South Wales and commenced Genetic Pathology Training at SA Pathology before transferring to Anatomical Pathology for which she received Fellowship in 2019.
Dr Jolley joined SA Pathology as a Consultant Pathologist in 2019, at Royal Adelaide Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre.
She has formal scope of practice for some genetic testing pertinent to Anatomical Pathology and a strong interest in the applications of genetic testing to Anatomical Pathology. She undertakes a broad range of anatomical pathology work and has a special interest in bone and soft tissue pathology.
