Dr Lee is a Consultant Haematologist who completed haematology training in Perth (Royal Perth Hospital, SCGH and Fremantle Hospital), Western Australia. She then undertook a European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) clinical research fellowship at Southampton General Hospital, UK, in the field of targeted radiotherapy in stem cell transplantation for haematological malignancies, in particular multiple myeloma.
She returned to Australia in 2008 and is currently working at both the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where she participates in both clinical and diagnostic haematology services.
Dr Lee’s current research interests include the analysis of CD66 expression of plasma cells. She is also involved in the teaching of both undergraduate students and postgraduate trainees (RACP, RCPA) at both sites.
