Complaints, compliments and suggestions
This is the most effective way you can help us improve our services.
If you wish to make a complaint, leave a compliment, or make a suggestion you can either:
- completing our Consumer Feedback form
- email Health.SAPathConsumerfeedback@sa.gov.au, or
- contact our Call Centre on 8222 3000.
We will investigate your feedback and provide a response to you within 30 days.
